During his trip to Guyana Christophe met differents children from differents schools and differents athletics club. He also visited a zoo and the “Space Museum”.

Christophe Lemaitre Ankle Injury at Dijon
Christophe Lemaitre is a little sneaky. Reached by telephone in the bus at the Interclub Youth in Dijon on October 28th, Ledauphine had hidden the fact that Christophe’s left ankle was already surrounded by ice. Earlier in the day, it was indeed twisted after Christophe was celebrating by jumping for joy during the awards ceremony at Dijon. A simple sprain, confirmed the next day by a radio station. But it has still cost two weeks of classical training. Since then, the sprinter will merely work on weights for the upper body and a little stretching after leaving his crutches. It looks like regular training will resume early next week.
